We previously had our property on the market with another agent for about four months with no success. Once Dylan took over, he brought in five offers within the first weekend, and the property was sold within three weeks for a suburb record. Dylan's expertise and proactive approach made all the difference—highly recommended!

Kahlee and team were great when we were buying our home. We were in Sydney and they helped us navigate an interstate sale including viewing. She was helpful with local knowledge like schools and activities for the children.

Karyn and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their market knowledge was spot on , their campaign set up and execution was on point. Communication was constant and consistent but most importantly, it’s nice to deal with a collective that has both the seller’ and buyer’s interest at heart to ensure the property is passed on with ease and respect. For this we thank Karyn and the whole team and in the future we would no hesitate using their services . Many thanks and warm wishes.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Orren Topolansky from Ray White Robina during the purchase and renovation of my new property. From the very beginning, Orren demonstrated immense patience and clarity, especially appreciable as English is not my first language. He made sure all communications were clear and understandable, which greatly eased my mind. Residing in Sydney meant I couldn't attend inspections in person, but Orren thoughtfully arranged multiple video inspections and was diligent in addressing all my concerns, making the distance seemingly disappear. His proactive approach and commitment to transparency were evident and reassuring throughout the entire process. Furthermore, the property required significant renovations due to its age. Orren's expertise really shone here; he efficiently coordinated with the previous owners to start renovations during a vacant period pre-settlement. His effective organization of the renovation tasks was commendable, completing substantial work within just a month, significantly reducing the vacancy period and facilitating a smoother transition for me as the new owner. Orren's professionalism, dedication, and exceptional customer service not only met but exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate agent who truly cares about his clients. Thank you, Orren, for making this complex process a much more manageable and positive experience!

Orren is a rare gem. His professionalism, integrity and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. During the entire sale process Orren listened attentively to our preferences and kept us regularly informed and updated. We were most impressed with the empathy that Orren demonstrated. He was sensitive to our needs and ensured that the entire sale process was smooth and hassle-free. I have no hesitation in working with Orren again and highly recommend him.

I had the pleasure of working with Kahlee, a highly skilled and dedicated real estate agent, and I couldn't be more impressed with her exceptional abilities. She demonstrated outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Kahlee was able to secure a fantastic deal for clients by leveraging her knowledge of the market and adept negotiation tactics. I was also amazed by Kahlee's remarkable follow-up skills even after the transaction was completed.

Our experience with Karyn and her team mate Kieran was great. As a buyer, we never felt as though they were being to pushing, and I felt very comfortable that they were very honest with their information sharing. They have strong levels of communication at every step of the purchase process and were always happy to answer any questions about the sale, the area or the market.

Since July 2023 I began looking at Bonogin to be a potential area to live with the rapidly growing coastal strip beginning to lose its appeal. It was in that time that I first met Kahlee and outlined our plans for the move and subsequent retirement as long as we could source the “right” property. My plans always hinged on the successful sale of my home in Koala Park, Burleigh Heads. We had an unconditional contract on our place on 1st March and the race was on to find our new home. During those previous months doing my research on the Bonogin market, Kahlee presented several properties which we loved so we were very confident she had a very clear idea of what appealed to us and where we would be happy to live. On 4th March we were invited to inspect an amazing property in Hersden Court that was yet to go to market and we loved. By that evening we had submitted our offer that would eventually be accepted. The property Kahlee presented ticked all our boxes and some extras like a sauna. It was a pleasure dealing with Kahlee and her team. Kahlee was always professional and attentive to both the sellers and buyers needs and requests and always with a smile. Thankyou so much Kahlee!! Caterina and I can’t wait to be members of the Bonogin community and enjoy this beautiful home. Duncan & Caterina

The professionalism, expertise and communication from Kahlee Townsend and her team was impeccable. From the very first contact to well after settlement, the support and attention to detail has been second to none. At no time did we ever feel we weren't in great hands. Questions were addressed before we even asked them and nothing was ever a problem. The strategy was well thought out and perfectly executed. No guesses, no experiments, just straight up results and comfort driven planning. There's a reason Kahlee and her team are the leaders in the Bonogin area, there is absolutely no other agent close to this level of professionalism. As sellers we couldn't be happier... a street record in only 14 days. Who knows how much better it could have been if we were patient! We've dealt with this team as potential buyers in the past and at that time we knew it would be Kahlee and her team who would represent us if we were ever to sell. No doubt in our minds; if you want service and results and a smiling supportive agent to sell or buy... there's only one choice.
