Jon is a great agent who spends the time with buyers until he find them the right property for them, rather than push for a sale. Jon kindly spent 2 years on the hunt until he found us our dream home. We couldn’t be happier! Thanks Jon for the awesome effort.

It was a pleasure having Jon as our Sole Agent for the recent sale of our property. He is a family man who knows the Robina/Varsity Lakes/Mudgeeraba area very well as he lives there. Jon has a very pleasant, easy going nature that helps when negotiating the tricky & often nerve-wracking experience of selling a home. He has an excellent sense of humour which was needed when dealing with the likes of my wife & I. At our initial appraisal meeting Jon left the choice of selling method to us, but after discussing the pros & cons decided we to go to auction. There were times during the campaign that we wondered if we had made the right decision but Jon did his best to reassure us that we had. We were glad of that reassurance as we made well over the pre-auction offers that we had received. If you're ready to take the next step in selling your property, in the words of Molly Meldrum "do yourself a favour " & contact Jon Paul for an appraisal. We'd also like to thank Candice, Jon's lovely & very able off-sider for her tireless work leading up to, on the day of & after the auction .

Kahlee has been an absolute pleasure to deal with when both buying and selling property. She is genuine, honest and highly experienced in the real-estate business. She took the time to follow up with any queries we had and goes above and beyond to support her clients. Her communication skills are brilliant and I can honestly say she is now our 'go-to' for anything in real-estate.

Kahlee and Kirra-Lee were great agents. We had been looking for a house for a number of months and kept missing out because of the high market demand. We were excited when we had the opportunity to look at a house off market. Kahlee and Kirra-Lee were very accomodating and worked with us and the owners in a very timely manner.

Orren is the best real estate I have dealt with. I've worked with him twice and he helped me to buy the house I wanted. He also sold my old house. I highly recommend him.

Selling a house can be very stressful. However, Jon made sure the process of selling our property was as hassle free as possible. He listened to us, suggested things that would maximise the properties features and always remained calm and positive. I believe Jon works to ensure that both vendor and buyer truly benefit. He cares about the people and the outcome. Asking Jon to sell our property was a life changer for us. Can't thank him enough.

Karyn demonstrated an exemplary attention to detail in all areas of the property purchase process. We felt fully informed at all times and never had to chase a thing with Karyn. We would definitely work with Karyn again. She brings a genuine enthusiasm, passion and excitement for her work!
