This market is difficult and no one knows it more than Karyn. I met Karyn at my 67th inspection having last out on 7 homes already, I was deflated and anxious to say the least. My experience with Karyn has been nothing short of outstandingly professional, not just because of her deep industry knowledge but because of how she consistently went above and beyond to help me personally as a buyer which in turn helped the seller who had entrusted her expertise in this journey. Karyn showed trustworthiness through honest updates about this ever changing market, provided realistic comparisons at all times with the aim of empowering the buyer's knowledge and building the buyers confidence. That's exactly what she did for me. She spent time providing advise (even late at night) about the concept "putting your best foot forward". While I had heard this term before over and over again from other agents, Karyn actually coached me on what that looks like. When choosing an agent, we spoke to the top 5 agents in our area.. Kahlee Townsend stood out from the others for many reasons. Those reasons included her passion for the Bonogin area and deep understanding of what makes living in Bonogin special, she sold our dream.
