My wife and I have just recently purchased a property Karyn had listed. After seeing her professionalism and knowledge of the market, we would have no hesitation to sell a property through her in the future. Very genuine and personable. Thanks Karyn!

From the moment I saw Karyn on a video promotion of a property I was interested in, I was intrigued to meet her. Karyn brings an energy and positive vibe to any home she is selling. Not only does she have a bright and friendly team supporting her, she goes over and beyond to find the buyer for your property. She builds a close relationship with you and is very honest in her appraisal. After failing to sell my home with a previous agent, I decided to give Karyn my listing. Together with her team, they found a buyer and had my property sold within a short period of the listing. Karyn also took care of difficult family matters for negotiation which was very impressive. If you want your property sold and sold quickly, Karyn is your Agent!

We could not image ever having such an easy and well explained sale. Karyn and her team were amazing, selling our home within a week and over expectation. But more importantly there was no pressure, everything was explained, which allowed us to relax and understand the process better. I wouldn't use anyone else now or in the future. Thanks you Karyn and your team.

My second sale through Karyn and her Team. This property was a legacy that was left to me by my parents and the sale of it came with all the emotions. Karyn is a Master of her craft. She was sensitive and encouraging. There were no promises made, that weren't delivered. Her expertise and professionalism and that of her support Team, are second to none. I just wonder if she has as many hats, as she does shoes; because to service all the variances with so many people and properties; and get it all so right - so often, - I think she does!! Karyn O'Dea, you are simply the best.

Taking the time to carefully consider the right agent to entrust with selling our home has paid dividends, never more so than during a global pandemic! We were thrilled to achieve a fantastic result well above our expectations in a short time frame, leaving us plenty of time to find a new home. There is no doubt we made the right choice in Kahlee and truly believe her experience, local knowledge, personable approach and professionalism are qualities that stand her apart from others in the industry. So it turns out that selling our house was the easy part...buying a new one in a different postcode, a little more challenging! On a high from the sale we set off with confidence to find a new home. We quickly discovered that not all real estate agents are cut from the same cloth and can only wish there were many agents out there like Kahlee. From didgy agents trying to cut corners and others completely oblivious to any social distancing protocol, we encounted it all. We persevered and finally found the perfect new home for our family. Whether you are buying or selling property, look no further than Kahlee. She is a true professional and the best in the business.

Kahlee is a fantastic agent to work with! We went to multiple open homes before purchasing and saw Kahlee a number of times. She was always polite, answered all questions, whether they were in person or via social media, every time and never made us feel we were asking too many questions! Kahlee always seemed to be busy although always made time for us which was appreciated. I would happily recommended Kahlee to anyone buying or selling!

I am so pleased Karyn and her Team were referred to us. Nothing is too much trouble and no question is left unanswered. I would refer Karyn to everyone I know and I will not use anyone else to buy or sell, as long as she is in the game.

We approached Kahlee as her reputation in Bonogin precedes her. Kahlee is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Right from our first meeting with her we were confident of a successful sale and knew she was the right agent for us. We were not disappointed and ultimately our property sold for a reasonable price (even during the COVID-19 pandemic). We highly recommend Kahlee. Thank you Kahlee for being so lovely and going above and beyond.

Thank you Kahlee for leading us and navigating through the turbulent waters preparing and marketing our property for sale which has been outstanding even during the Corona virus challenge and our personal difficulties. Your invaluable professional advice, communication skills and patience during the challenging times of renovation coupled with your ongoing, prompt and open communication and support inspired great trust in me, knowing to have chosen the best of the best agent. Being in NSW, which created a challenge getting through the QLD border with the Corona restrictions, was handled so well by Kahlee who did not shy away to get her hands dirty on my behalf to get the property ready for the first viewing. During that same period, I was going through a very challenging time unable to get away, being needed to tend to a very sick husband who, just before the sale of the house, passed away. In this difficult and for me painful situation again Kahlee showed, besides being a skilled agent, to be a very caring person by encouraging me and sending flowers. Truly an Agent with a BIG HEART. I can without hesitation recommend Kahlee to be the best choice as a Real Estate Agent. She is skilled, knowledgeable and efficient in her profession, she keeps her word, stays in regular communication and is kind and down to earth. Thank you Kahlee for all you have done for me and I wish you all the success you deserve. Veronica
