I asked Chat GPT who the best agent in our area was and found Karyn’s name among with others. We invited Karyn to our house on Friday to get some advice. There was no need to call other agents. She prepared a booklet of our house with a photo on its cover page with all the information about recent sales in the same area. We filled and handed in the agent contract form on Monday. Tuesday we formally signed and paid fees for advertising our house on Realestate.com and our house went on the market same day. Karyn and her team swiftly organized two inspections in the same week. While I was fishing on Wednesday, Kieran called me about an offer to consider. We didn’t take that offer since a big inspection was still scheduled for Saturday. Our house could have been sold with one day in the market. On Sunday, they presented us 6 solid offers following Saturday’s inspection. We took the one which exceeded our expectations nearly $100k. Our house was under contract on next day. Everything happened very quick and it took us only 11 days to sell our house since we first met Karyn, 6 days on the market. The iconic yellow sign of Ray White changed from “For sale” to “under contract” in a week. Kieran played a significant roll in facilitating communication to tell us every single details of progress.
