Syed is warm, emphatic and trustworthy. We loved that we did not feel rushed selling our home at all as we needed a few months to prepare and we saw how much hard work he put in dealing with everything from the presentation of our home to the negotiations with the buyers and all the legalities that come with it as well.

It has been a pleasure to work with Syed from the beginning to the end. I had the opportunity to deal with him as a seller and he is undoubtedly great, honest and upfront. He had a great knowledge of the market and local area. I was thoroughly impressed with his guidance throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend Syed highly enough.

I told Lisa my budget and I left Lisa with the information. Unlike other agents Lisa rang me back with a brilliant property. We are out of the rental trap. Thank you Lisa great job.

Lisa sold us our property and it was due to her professionalism that we asked her to also sell our property. Lisa worked very hard on the sale of our property. We had a few issues and she helped us sort them as quickly as possible. This was especially helpful as we do not live local. Lisa went above and beyond to help us. We would highly recommend Lisa if you are thinking of buying or selling a property.

We picked Syed after withdrawing the sale of our property from another agent. Being interstate, we came across Syeds profile and noticed he was doing great around our area. Syed got us a great price, made the process very smooth and stress free and negotiated in no time. We’re glad that we picked him as our agent and will highly recommend Syed to anyone looking to sell their property as it’s hard to find an agent who will work around your expectations with utmost honesty.
