I am a first home buyer and I can't say how amazing this experience was! I am so thankful because I know that sometimes it can be quiet stressful and even messy. Zishaan sat down with me and went through the contract slowly, allowing me to ask questions and just take my time in understanding such an important document, especially as it was my first home. He was knowledgable about the house, the area and encouraged a connection with the home owner which I really appreciated. He was easily reachable, flexible and accommodating and kept me informed throughout the whole process, as I know he did with the home owners. He also respected my beliefs - I can't say how big an impact that made. This experience helped me through the purchase of my parents property which was on the messier side of life, and dealing with other agents, just made me realise how Zishaan and his team were exceptional. They are a team and it shows. I knew that if I were to call any one of them, I would be received with professionalism and care, and if I were to ever sell a house, I'd be leaving my property is great hands. From the very first meeting we were very impressed with Zishaan's persona. He explained to us what the process would be in selling the house and how it would proceed. Throughout the whole procedure he kept us regularly informed. The events he explained to us in the beginning when selling the house, happened just as he said it would.
