Highly recommend Emily Richardson & the Ray White Rockhampton property management team As an interstate investor (based in Victoria), I was worried about managing a property in Gracemere remotely， but Emily Richardson and the Ray White Rockhampton team made the whole process completely stress-free. From the very first enquiry, Emily was proactive and kept me informed at every step: arranging the pre-settlement inspection, coordinating trades for the termite barrier and maintenance works. As someone not local, I especially valued that she sourced quotes, oversaw the works, and confirmed completion on my behalf rather than leaving me to chase things from another state. Communication was always warm, prompt and professional. As a first-time investor landlord, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Emily and Ray White Rockhampton to any investor，especially those managing from out of state.

Emily was a pleasure to work with and provided a great outcome with our investment property locking in a long term tenant before settlement. Thank you for you professionalism Emily .

We can't recommend Emily highly enough. As interstate buyers, we needed a PM who could just get things done and she delivered from day one. She had the property advertised the same day it went unconditional, and had a great tenant locked in within a week. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, a brilliant communicator, and genuinely switched on. She had already organised the post-settlement works before we'd even settled. Managing everything seamlessly during a hectic time for us made all the difference. If you're after a property manager who's proactive, friendly, and on top of every detail, this is who you want in your corner.

Emily went above and beyond to understand our expectations for a suitable tenant for our recently purchased property. A quality tenant was quickly secured to ensure minimal downtime between settlement and the tenant moving in. Emily made the whole process extremely easy.

Dealing with Emily Richardson, she was a superstar, excellent comms, proactive and gets the works completed on tight timeline and got the property listed on market within 2 days, etc. Only issue we had was expected rent had to be reduced by $55 to get quality tenants. I would still recommend Raywhite and Emily.

My husband and myself Recently bought a house threw Ray White Rockhampton and we couldn't fault them. Their professionalism, and communication blew us away. This is our 5th house we have purchased, (first in this area) and this was without a doubt the best and most stressfree experience we have ever had. Emily was our point of call and has been an absolute godsend. For her, this isn't just a 9am - 5pm job. She is passionate, takes the time to explain everything, professional, and has great knowledge of the area. Thankyou so much Emily, and Ray White Rockhampton for everything you did for us. Appreciated your time and expertise. 10/10 experience 👌
