Riley was simply outstanding throughout the sales process. He is a truely gifted and talented salesperson of which there are only a very, very few amongst a vast number of real estate salespeople. When meeting with Riley to discuss the sale of my property, I asked him for a discount on his fees. I write this as I feel embarrassed that I asked this of him now. The sales result was simply excellent beyond expectaton. Engaging Riley at full fee resulted in a significantly higher financial return than if we had chosen an agent who was prepared to discount their fee in order to get the listing but either was also less talented as a salesperson or applied themselves less to negotiating the outcome with the buyer. The saying of you get what you pay for is true. We are very happy that we got the best in the business.
