I had purchased my home at The Range from Riley in 2021 and was thoroughly impressed then with his ability as a sales agent back then. The time had come to advertise that same property as a rental, so I reached out to Emily from Ray White who had the property advertised the next day and was straight to work on finding me a tenant. Riley contacted me to discuss possibly selling as he had some potential buyers. At no point did I feel any pressure from Riley to sell and Emily remained committed and focused on finding me a tenant despite the possibility of selling instead. I hadn't even considered selling the property and didn't think the market was good enough to get the sort of price I needed to break even on my costs of holding the property for the last 2 years. Riley brought me an offer that not only cleared all those costs but also gave me an incredibly healthy profit.
