I had purchased my home at The Range from Riley in 2021 and was thoroughly impressed then with his ability as a sales agent back then. The time had come to advertise that same property as a rental, so I reached out to Emily from Ray White who had the property advertised the next day and was straight to work on finding me a tenant. Riley contacted me to discuss possibly selling as he had some potential buyers. At no point did I feel any pressure from Riley to sell and Emily remained committed and focused on finding me a tenant despite the possibility of selling instead. I hadn't even considered selling the property and didn't think the market was good enough to get the sort of price I needed to break even on my costs of holding the property for the last 2 years. Riley brought me an offer that not only cleared all those costs but also gave me an incredibly healthy profit. I would happily recommend both Riley and Emily to anyone who is planning to buy, sell or rent a property and look forward to working with both when the time comes for my partner and I to purchase our next home or investment property.

We had a great experience with Jacob when buying our investment property. He provided us an off market opportunity when we missed out on one that was advertised online. He was very honest, trustworthy and never stopped with his hard work to get all paperwork signed by an owner who was overseas before settlement deadlines.
