Very professional and quick to address any queries. She stopped what she was doing to go to the property and unlock it for the electrician at short notice and arranged for other repairs to be completed prior to settlement. She was honest with everything and didnt hide anything which I've found very lacking with other agents. A very easy and streamlined contract.

When first inspecting the house, Riley gave us the space to have a good look through. When offers commenced, Riley kept in touch with us the whole process, even though the banks were taking forever to process, Riley was extremely patient. Once all settled, Riley was prompt with the keys and happy to accommodate us with times and dates. Extremely happy with the service and would recommend Riley when purchasing a house.
