Mark Shore is an excellent agent, whether you're buying or selling. I have bought and sold several times over 25 years with Mark. He stays abreast of market movements, is diligent, has very good verbal communication skills and understands the legalities for buyer, seller and agent. Our latest transaction happened in a background of high emotions due to my husband's health diagnosis as well as Covid 19 limits, but Mark was able to keep us moving calmly towards a sale despite all the setbacks. I do highly recommend Mark as a real estate agent, whether you're the buyer or the seller.

We are happy that Melinda handled both the sale of our previous property & buying the current one. With the previous property, Melinda had an excellent knowledge of current conditions & prices. She was never "pushy" or left us too long without contact. With the current market she an excellent knowledge of the market & was very patient throughout. She guided us towards the type of property we had not previously considered, but because of her experience bought that property & have been happy that we did.
