I am writing in appreciation of my recent dealings with Riley Neaton from 'Ray White Rockhampton' in relation to the purchase of my house. Riley is a pleasure to work with and am fortunate enough to have Riley Neaton play the lead role in buying my first home professionally and effortlessly. Always contactable and approachable, explaining real estate jargon words that am not aware for most part into a manner that I have to take for my decision. Referred lawyers, Insurance providers, and provided timely updates and gave every detail that a new buyer should know. Thanks doesn't do justice, but Riley delivered a great outcome for my first home buy. Riley's role doesn't stop just in getting the agreement sorted and handing over keys, he did initiated and arranged people for house inspection for pest, building conditions etc, he also arranged to get my stuff back in to my new place, hailing from Carpentry background he did helped with minor carpentry stuff to give me a delight, and looked after me from the time of seeing to settling in that place. The entire closing process went very smoothly and I found myself in my new home in just 3 weeks. Overall, Riley is very humble, knowledgeable, sincere and most of all very genuine and trustworthy professional.
