Mike was recommended by a work colleague, we had spoken to a well-known agent in our area previously however decided to try Mike, AND we are so glad we did. The moment he came to our house to speak with us he was so well prepared and organised. I was super impressed with his data collection of interested parties for future properties and IT skills with demonstrating his 3D "walk through" properties video capabilities together with his professionally prepared detailed brochure, including letter of offer and all the details of the property, council rates etc as well as surrounding suburb amenities. Mike's whole team were polite and efficient, from office staff, Natasha especially, camera video people and photographer. His associates Tom and Corey were also helpful and professional. Mike kept us informed as did his staff via email, sms and direct phone calls. Mike worked well to get us the best offer and condition of settlement. His skills managed to secure an offer above the range he initially discussed with us. He had a contract for us the day after our first open. We have already recommended Mike's Edge Reality to two of our near neighbours and will continue to do so with anyone else we know who is needing a fabulous realtor.
