Mike has so much knowledge when it comes to real estate, he was always able to answer any questions we had and always available for a chat even if it was after hours. He told us he would sell our house within a week or two max and we were under offer in only 6 days. He also got us an amazing price which was well above asking. Edge Realty Salisbury, with Mike and Stephen were just fabulous to work with when we decided to sell our house. We had involvement with them before we put our house on the market while looking at potential houses for our daughter months earlier. At opens, they just seemed a cut above the rest. They were always polite and followed up with us asking if there was anything they could do for us and our daughter. They were never overbearing or placed any pressure on us and that is why we selected them to sell our rental property. Once engaged they provided us with options aplenty and again never pushed us to go one way or the other. We opted for night time photographs, professionally staged house for our own open (it was vacant whilst being renovated) and a professional brochure. The work Stephen and Mike put in after the (one) open enabled us to easily agree with their recommended purchaser. The sale price was well over the asking price and it is clear they have a strong data base of potential buyers in our market. The team at Edge was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They achieved excellent results for the sale of our property. They’re communication with us was flawless and we were always kept in the loop with everything that was going on throughout the entire process. We chose Edge initially because of they way they held an open inspection for a property we looked at, they made us feel like we were important to them and engaged in good and relevant conversation with us in regards to our position with buying/selling.
