Lachlan went above and beyond when it came to selling my property. After meeting Lachlan at a social event some years earlier I knew if I was to sell my property I would want him to do it. He didn't disappoint. Even though my property was some distance from his regular geographic sales base he was more than eager to take it on and get the result i wanted. After setting my expectations (high) he set out to get the deal done. After each open home i was updated straight after about potential buyers and how my target price was stacking up. A few weeks after continuing to open the home and chase leads i got the price above my reserve and was more than happy with the whole process start to finish.
