Tim was initially referred to me by a friend as a potential resource. I needed help due to a prior RE investment purchase in which I was left holding the bag. There were many issues with that property and I needed someone with his knowledge. I’ve had 19 prior buy/sell RE transactions in other locations, in which I consider the agents performance adequate, but I lacked local contacts. In a difficult climate, I believe he chose the right ethical and moral decisions to provide both me as a seller and the buyer with a win, which I have found to be very rare.
