Just before our campaign we spoke with a number of local agents to determine who we would sell our house through. Cameron was by far the best fit for us. Always professional but friendly, Cameron offered very well researched advice about the market (locally and further afield) and the best way to market our property. Together with Adam, the team worked very hard for us and reported back in a timely manner. This was a challenging sale in some ways as it is an 'elite' property so has a much smaller pool of potential buyers. Cameron is an excellent negotiator and though we had a couple contracts crash due to buyers not being able to get their finance approved, he never lost his enthusiasm and was quick to get right back into the campaign. We cannot fault Cameron or Ray White Sherwood and are very please with the result they obtained for us. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Aimee Carding is a genuine, trustworthy and most of all just a nice person. We knew well before we listed our property that we wouldn't 'shop around' or compare her to other agents in the area. Aimee took the time to get to know us and where we're at but she never pushed. The marketing and selling of our home was tricky in terms of our timing but without any hesitation Aimee waited patiently for us to catch up to ourselves. When we were ready to list, everything was run by us for checking. The photos were amazing and presented our home beautifully . All communication in this process from Aimee and everyone at Ray White Sherwood was timely and genuinely honest. To put it simply when it comes to Aimee when you're that good you should and will be selected automatically.
