Col and his team were great from start to finish. Col gave us accurate expectations and never put pressure on us just to get the sale. Our auction was unsuccessful but Col gave us the confidence it would sell on the market which it did a few weeks later. Col knew what we wanted and did everything to achieve our desired result. Where do we start... From meeting Betty, we knew instantly that she was going give 100% from the get go. Betty found us the perfect house on the first day we went looking to buy. The whole process hasn't been the smoothest (but by no fault of Betty's) and she has been in non stop contact with us assuring everything will be ok and keeping us sane!
