We've moved into our new property, have one fob for the gate, no correspondence of codes or anything Plus a random lock box that's locked onto the screen door, and we don't know the code?! Left messages Friday morning and Friday afternoon, and also today (monday) Not really good enough. Then we get texts and emails to rate the agent.. Hard to rate when they haven't been able to reply to anything!
