We are shifting over from New Zealand and Phoebe made the leasing experience seamless. She was very professional and quick to answer any emails. She also arranged a virtual look around the apartment for us. We had trouble with the bond payment as no Australian ID but she also got that promptly sorted. Would highly recommend. Had some difficulty with the Snug App for our profiles but that was more the user with it being our first time applying!
