I bought the property not as investment but to live in but it came with tenants that had to see out their lease. Chanette managed the change of ownership, a lease extension and a break lease without me needing to worry or get involved at all. Anything that came up was handled quickly, with no fuss or delay and communicated clearly and timely. I could not have asked for more and would not hesitate for a moment to hire Chanette should I ever acquire an investment property in the future.

It has been a great pleasure to have Stephanie Houghton as my renting property manager. She has dedicated her excellent work to support me through everything such as letting process, routine inspections... My house got rented a fews days after the previous tenants moved out. She informed me every single details for my property routine inspections and also advised me how to fix things if there is any fault finding. Kaylee is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had a few complications after I moved out of my residence with them and she had no hesitation in letting me move back into the same property. She responds immediately and goes out of her way to ask if you are actually personally ok as she knows it’s been quite stressful which is beyond what most property managers do.
