I recently rented a home through Ray White Upper Coomera , and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The home was in excellent condition and had all the amenities I needed to make it feel like my own. Ray White Upper Coomera especially miss Cherie Ryan are extremely professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had and made sure to address them promptly. They also provided clear instructions for move-in and move-out, which made the whole process seamless. The rental home itself was perfect for me and my family. It was spacious, clean, and had all the features we needed to feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Ray White Upper Coomera to anyone looking for a rental home. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service is second to none. I'm grateful for the wonderful experience I had renting with them and would definitely rent with them again in the future. Thank you "Cherie Ryan" for providing us with a great place to call home!"

From the day we contacted Ray White Pimpama everything has moved swiftly. Alexandra has been extremely professional , proactive and knowledgeable. It is evident from her work ethic, attention to detail and approachability she knows the industry and gets results. Thanks to Alexandra and Reannon our property is renovated, clean and leased. Michelle made me feel confident that the property would be managed efficiently. She was dedicated to assisting me with any questions I had throughout the process. All requests that I had for Michelle were attended to quickly. I would reccomend her to landlords that are looking for a great Property Manager. The only downside that I have was that the contracted professional photographer used by Ray White was subpar. I could have taken better photos using my Samsung phone. Michelle rectified this issue by utilising a different team to edit these unusable photos.

The service from Ray White, specifically that of Michelle, was amazing. Michelle offered to show us a property that was not currently on her schedule for that day after. And we loved it! As first time tenants in Australia, we needed a lot of couching on the process and Michelle took the time to ensure we knew exactly what was expected from us. She tended to our application with the necessary urgency we required and within a day we heard back from her and the owner of the property that we were approved. Michelle made sure that the owner of the property got the correct tenants, but also that we now have a place we can call home. The personal touch made the difference for us!
