Alex from Ray White Upper Coomera was great to deal with! She was very professional and her customer service was exceptional. She helped me from the start with getting the property prepared for lease and kept me updated throughout the process. My property was advertised for lease on Thursday, had a very good applicant apply on the Friday, open home on Saturday and a lease was signed on Monday. I was very surprised at how quick Alex was at organising everything and getting a lease signed. Will definitely recommend Ray White Upper Coomera to all of my friends and family!

We have recently moved in to a rental property with Ray White Upper Coomera. The whole process has been great Alex was amazing and so lovely with the viewing and application process. Cherie met us at the property with keys when we moved in and was checking that the property was clean and perfect for us even then. We have rented a few times and havent had this much care and attention over a property before its amazing! The house was spotless when we moved in which is something we have never had before with other rental agencies. The team seems so nice and very helpful its such a relaxing feeling to have nice real estate agents going into our tenancy.
