Emily was great to deal with. She responded promptly to my initial enquiry and arranged a convenient time to meet and view my property. The rental proposal was delivered quickly, and included a clear breakdown of costs and a realistic rental appraisal. Once I decided to go ahead with Re/Max United, the tenant selection process was thorough, and I felt well informed throughout. My only suggestion for improvement would be to explain what happens next once a landlord decides to proceed. I was contacted by a few different team members, which I wasn't expecting, not being aware of the companies property management set up and processes. Having said that, all team members have been helpful and prompt in any dealings. Overall, a professional and efficient experience. To date I am pleased I went ahead and made Re/Max United my property managers.
