Shaun was organised from the start, and had worked with the seller to ensure that the property was in good order before listing it on the market. Instead of going through the whole process of a Reiwa Offer and Acceptance form to begin with, he used a shortened form to help the seller choose which buyer to deal with, which also helped us out as buyers.
