Property purchase with Demo

Excellent service and support
Christina provided a very clear plan and strategy for the sale of our property. She kept us informed throughout the process and provided excellent support when the sale was agreed. The team at Brett White also provide weekly email updates so we new exactly what was required from our side. The settlement was smooth and painless. We were overall impressed by the support and would recommend Brett Whites team to any other buyer or seller.

Agent did not actively sell the property.
Tania was very efficient and responded quickly to any of our queries. Cristina as the agent was approachable. On the home open there was no printed information about the property e.g. when the home was built and that the neighbour was a homes west tenant. Prior to settlement I was informed about the leaning back fence . After settlement I found out the the property was used to monitor gas supply to Banksia Grove.

Kathy is the agent you need!
I can't thank Kathy Moore enough for her professionalism throughout the process of selling my house. Kathy did everything she said she would, and kept me well informed at all times. In my experience with other agents in the area, you really need honesty, hard work and attention to detail, and this is what I got with Kathy. People shouldn't be fooled by the volume of sales by an agent as this doesn't necessarily represent good ethics!
