I don’t often write reviews and and not easily impressed but in truth Kathy Moore in Brett’s team really did go above and beyond. Selling our property in Perth while located in Adelaide was so easy especially during lock down. Kathy arranged for our furniture to be sold and the rest moved to Adelaide, she essentially did everything I would have done had I been near by. She thought of everything that needed to be done and had it all done in good time. Not only that, she managed to sell our property at a price that we hoped for despite the change in the property market. She was friendly and extremely helpful whenever asked. Importantly she was honestly and did her best to meet the not only our best interests but also those of the buyer. She was recommended to me by word of mouth and I’m so glad we followed the advice. Kathy is an exceptional real estate agent whom I would highly recommend for both buyers and sellers.

I set Paul the impossible task of selling my block of land it was in an area extremely hard to sell in where there wasn't much activity. My wife and I listed with Kathy and the Brett White Team after walking through another property that she was listing and was greeted with the calm, educated and professional nature that she possessed and knew that is exactly what we wanted from our listing agent. Kathy then set up an appointment to walk through the marketing strategy and from there the communication and effort was faultless - You meet people that are great at what they do but then you meet someone like Kathy and the team who has genuine care not just about getting the ultimate result but about you as a person (Rare and cannot teach that). The sale was not clean due to COVID and outside factors but with daily communication by Kathy, Tanya and Brett, the caring nature and the willingness to go the extra mile, made what was a very stressful process that little bit easier.
