I was very nervous about putting my house on the market given the World wide pandemic and genral sentiment. The decision to sell was a last minute idea as I was leaning towards renting the house out because of all the negatie sentiment. None the less, I contacted Paul and he and I saw eye to eye from day 1. He went ahead to list the house after getting the most beautiful photos taken by a phtographer they use. Those first impression when looking for a house online would defintely have helped us. The house was listed late Thursday night and Paul had 3 private viewings the Friday afternoon and again the Saturday, well before the official home open on the Sunday. The home open on the Sunday attracted a large number of viewers despite the massive storms that hit Perth. Monday Paul had offeres for us to sign off on. It was a massive relief to have sold the house so quickly and I could not have been any happier with the massive contribution and honesty that Paul potrayed. Communication lines were open at all times and i was informed of all the moves continously.
