I have always (probably mistakenly) put Real Estate Agents and Used Car Salesmen into the same bracket, i.e. my opinion of them has never been particularly high and I have never really respected their craft or knowledge. After dealing with Demo, we have had to adapt our opinion. Not all Agents are created equal and Demo is certainly a tier above the norm. I would not hesitate to recommend Demo to any prospective buyers. I had never met him prior to purchasing this property. He's not a "friend" that I'm giving a good review to, he's just an amazing Real Estate Agent with amazing market knowledge and to be honest - after dealing with rest - I would not deal with anyone else, but the best in this area - and that's Demo!
