Kathy is a phenomenal agent. After having some less than desirable and highly stressful dealings with prior agents we were recommended Kathy and couldn’t believe that such an ethical, kind and hard working agent exists. Kathy constantly went above and beyond to make the process as stressfree as possible. She consistently kept us informed throughout the process and was always available. She understood our needs and worked hard to get us a good outcome. I can not recommend Kathy enough. I wish we had found her sooner.

Demo was a pleasure to work with in the purchase of our home (our first). Was very respectful, patient and genuine in all his efforts. He ensured to follow-up and respond in time. Made time to accommodate our requests and helped us through the whole process. Even went above and beyond to help us with some requirements post sale. Great personality and positive attitude.

My experience with Phil from start to finish has been outstanding. Phil is professional and has an excellent knowledge of the market. He is honest and reliable and is always available to answer any questions I had along the way. I already am and will continue to recommend Phil as THE agent to contact in this and surrounding areas!

I can't speak highly enough of Phil's service to us as a Real Estate Agent selling our investment property. As a vendor on the Eastern Seaboard, and not able to be there in person to facilitate the sale process, Phil and his team went above and beyond our expectations to get everything organized for us in our absence, from cleaning up the place after the tenant lease expired, organizing painters, arranging virtual stylists, producing a great website listing, to persisting with Open Home inspections every single weekend in a very tough seller's market until that elusive buyer was finally found. I give my highest recommendations to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent to go with Phil Wiltshire, he's No 1 for a good reason. Extremely knowledgable, genuine, reliable, honest, gave great feedback and regular communication to us throughout the entire selling process. Faultless service. I would trust his judgment and recommendations on buying or selling in the area without question.

I have always used Remax to buy or sell my homes. I was in Melbourne at the time I bought my house in Perth. Brett White Remax made it a pleasurable transition. The staff were extremely knowledgable and always pleasant to talk to. As I was so far away from Perth it could have been a nightmare. But thankfully it wasn't. Thank you to all the team. Would highly recommend them when buying or selling.

I am not surprised that Demo gets such top reviews, he is a true professional at what he does. Straight up honest and genuine, a super friendly and caring person, customer service on point and nothing was ever to much trouble. His wife Lynda and his team at REMAX were also so efficient, everything ran so smoothly, the whole process was seamless and stress free, which was superb. From the day that Demo showed me round my new home he did everything he could to help me secure the property. Within 12 days of me first viewing my new home and securing an offer on it, he had also listed and sold my existing home. I don't really need to say a lot more .............. Thank you Demo, you are a Legend !

Demitrios knowledge of the property we bought was extensive. He knew how everything inside and outside functioned and he was always quick to respond to calls. He is very polite and friendly and didn't mind to show us the property several times. On settlement day, he fetched the keys for us and gave us a welcome gift. We give him 5 stars for his work ethnics, professionalism and friendly demeanor

Can’t speak highly enough of Phill and his team. From my first appraisal to ‘Sold’ my experience was fantastic. Excellent information, communication and service. I would not hesitate to recommend Phill and the team to anyone wanting to sell their property. You will be well looked after and feel very at ease knowing your property is in good hands.
