We have had contact with Phil Wiltshire through both the buying and selling of our Butler house. On each occasion that we have dealt with Phil he has been nothing but polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. When selling our house we agreed on a fair, market price which Phil helped us to reach, based on his extensive local knowledge. He then marketed our property to a high standard with an excellent photo shoot and provided us with advice on how to achieve the best look for our house i.e minimise clutter, de-personalise so that potential buyers could see themselves living there. A quick sale was ultimately achieved and at a price we were happy with.
