However, from the moment we put the offer in, to the moment we picked up the keys, Phil Wiltshire and his team have made the process smooth and stress free and provided us immense support while being transparent about everything. The communication has been frequent throughout the process and Phil has honestly gone above and beyond during each development. It has been our first time buying in Australia and he offered us reassurance and exceeded our expectations with the support he has provided to us. There has been some slight hiccups with the owner, nothing to do with Phil but again Phil has done whatever he could to rectify problems. Our settlement took just under two months and this was done over the christmas period too, so we are happy to be in so soon!
