As a first-time property seller, I was not familiar with the various stages and process required to sell a property. Brett helped me understand the process and took time to go through all the possible scenarios. He had a firm understanding of the market within my area and new now to make my house more attractive to the market. Brett and his team undertook multiple home opens over three weekends as well as during the week with private opening when requested, which impressed me on their dedication to the task. Brett also had a good knowledge and range of professional services and trades to assist with making repairs to the property prior to sale which really helps when so many trades in Perth are so poor in quality and integrity these days. As everyone knows moving is stressful! Shaun knew how to market our home to aid us in getting the best price for it, we got over what we expected.
