We first saw our now house advertised and contacted Brett and Kathy who went above and beyond to arrange a viewing time that suited us. They were friendly, honest and very kind throughout the entire experience. As first home buyers this experience is very daunting and we have had experiences with other agents who were not so good - Kathy and Brett instantly made us feel relaxed and not pressured at all throughout the experience. They went above and beyond to open the property to us outside of hours and on short notice and present us with all information we requested. Through the entire process we felt valued and can honestly say that having Brett, Tania and Kathy look after us shaped our entire experience of buying our first home. It was enjoyable and exiting.
