As a FIFO worker I made contact with Phil through a relative when this property appeared on line. Luckily I was at the end of my swing and was able to view the property at the first and only home open. Phil was very responsive to our questions relating to the sale and price expectations of the property and despite having many people through certainly gave us the time of day.
