We worked with Phil - an excellent agent. He listed our place in May and we were on contract in 3 weeks above the asking price. Phil is very professional and an excellent negotiator with a personalized touch and an excellent knowledge regarding the market and the area(suburb).Phil was extremely helpful, open, transparent and reliable through the whole process.
