When we first spoke to Lindi about the sale of our rental property, she had came to the meeting fully prepared with information about the current market in our area, and her recommendations for the sale price and selling strategies. We were very impressed with both this professional preparation and her friendly manner. The electronic advertising was excellently presented, and the open house inspections ran smoothly. Lindi reported back to us after each inspection and also gave us feedback on the state of enquiries online. The sale process did not run smoothly, as our first buyer was unable to procure finance in the accepted timeline, however throughout this time, Lindi kept us fully informed, continued with the planned marketing strategies and generally helped maintain our positive attitude about the sale. We were totally satisfied with the level of service from both Lindi and Karl at Remax Caloundra. Possibly our best recommendation is that we hope that they will help us to sell another property next year.

I have known Karl and Lindi for about 10 years. In fact ,Karl and Lindi were the agents for the people whose house I bought. We kept in contact ever since because I really like them both as people. On top of that they are highly professional and successful real estate agents. When I decided to put my house on the market the only real estate agency I considered to sell my house was Remax Caloundra and I was looked after beyond expectation. I am nearly 80 years old and Karl and Lindi reduced the stress of selling my house at my age as much as the possibly could. I recommend them highly. Full marks.
