I contacted Lindi after seeing the amount of properties she had sold in my area. I met with several agents and Lindi was the most knowledgeable I found. She made me feel comfortable from the first time I met her. Lindi gave suggestions on what things I could do to improve value in my home and what items not to waste my time on. She listened to what I needed and wanted, and gave me realistic expectations of sale price. In fact she suggested I list higher than what i thought. This showed she wasnt just out for a quick sale and knew what my property was worth. This was my first time selling and her advice was very welcomed. She has a great bank of buyers and was even able to show a few people through before i had planned to list. We received an offer even before listing on the market!! She has a great ability to match buyers with sellers and this was evident in my property being sold within two days. For exactly what I wanted!! She communicated with me regularly and I never waited more than 30 mins for a response by text, email etc. If i ever bought or sold in future i would contact Lindi 100%. Excellent agent
