I would highly recommend Richard to any potential buyer as Richard has excellent negotiations skills, is a brilliant communicator and explains things in an easy to understand language. Richard goes the extra mile and nothing is a problem. If things go wrong with the potential purchase of the property he will sort it out and always gets back to you in a timely manner. Richard always returns calls. Richard is down to earth, has a cheerful smile and has the gift of taking the stress (as much as possible anyway) out of buying a property.
