Chris works in a very professional yet friendly manner.Right from the first meeting through to the end he has gone over and above my expectations. Even when we encountered a slight hiccup, he handled this with the up most of professionalism and always kept me feeling confident we would achieve the desired outcome . I would without a doubt recommend Chris to anyone who is looking to sell their property .

Taya is our go to agent when we need to sell a home. She has now sold multiple properties for us and every time we get better than expected results, way over other agents’ predictions. She personally oversees everything and makes sure everything is perfect. She really goes the extra mile. One of the many things she did for us for example was, she brought some personal decorative items from her home to make our open home look better and stand out more. For me personally though, one of the most important things is, she always answers her phone. In my experience when buying houses from other agents, some agents you can never reach, or they take forever to get back to you, not with Taya. Taya is on the ball. She works crazy hours and does what needs to be done to get a result. We cannot rate her high enough she is a real professional in her field.

I was extremely happy with Taya's service. Her advice and guidance throughout the entire process was great. From our first contact, to every interaction since, Taya was very knowledgeable, personable and approachable. Everything went smoothly with the sale of my unit and I would certainly recommend Taya to anyone selling in the Merrimac area.
