When we decided to sell the family home, Ben Williams was the obvious choice. Not only was Ben extremely efficient and always there to answer our calls but he is a really lovely, genuine kind of guy who had our best interests at heart. Ben helped to guide the sale along and after the first open house had secured 4 offers on the table. As a family we were initially overwhelmed at the prospect of selling the family home but Ben helped us navigate each turn and we would definitely recommend this exceptional agent.

Taya Rich was a very considerate agent from the very beginning. Very easy to talk to and understood my position with having to sell. Very knowledgeable about the market and how the unit needed to be presented. When issues arose she was very accommodating with what was needing to be done. Very happy dealing with Greg Parker.
Greg knew the market very well. He listened to my concerns and helped me by suggesting a home stylist to help me style my home. He was very considerate and was always available when I phoned for advice. I would definitely recommend Greg for his diligence. My unit was only on the market for a few days. I was very happy.
