Such an amazing agent!!!! I had looked at many many houses throughout Mudgeeraba and dealt with a lot of agents, but had never been treated with the kindness and respect that I received from Charl! He was more than helpful and was always able to answer all of my questions within minutes. Charl made such a stressful process such a breeze!! We couldn’t be any more impressed with Charl or happier with our new house!!!!!

Chris Holmes from Remax sold our property at Riversprings recently with great success. During the whole process of the sale Chris was truely professional. From the onset Chris was honest and caring taking time to explain the market and all we could expect during the coming weeks. Chris kept in contact several times each week updating us on potential buyers and offers. Within weeks the house was sold for more than we had expected. If you are looking for an agent that you can relate to and trust then Chris is the agent for you. You wont be disappointed. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone who is looking to sell their property. Sally

We recently got Chris to sell our home. We found him to be very honest, ethical and down to earth. He was very easy to communicate with and always returned our calls immediately, even texting one day when he was in the movies! We had our house on the market for only two days, before he presented us with two offers, of which one was a cash offer and both over asking price. He sold our house, even before it had an open home. We would not hesitate to recommend Chris to anyone who wants an easy going, no stress, but very professional agent who always has the sellers interest at heart.

Ben is a lovely agent whom you can have a great conversation with. He introduced us to new digital marketing using drones (very impressed with the marketing) and listened to all our ideas and incorporated them into the campaign. We have had so much feedback regarding the marketing from friends and family , it is no wonder the property sold as quickly as it did. Ben went above and beyond to be available for communications and kept us informed in every step in the sale process. Would not hesitate in recommending Ben, and thank you REMAX for acknowledging a great agent.

Ben William's service was second to none. We recently purchased a property for my elderly parents through REMAX Regency. He was efficient, knew the property inside out, provided great information and understood my parents requirements. Ben was respectful of the age of my parents and the seller who was also elderly and made communications and transactions as simple as possible. I highly recommend Ben if you're looking to sell a property and want a genuine and honest agent... and he's a nice bloke!

Initially was uncertain I even wanted to try and sell in this uncertain market but Ben assured me that he believed he could get the price I wanted . He then went out and got the job done without any fuss . I really could not fault the way Ben went about the sale . He sold it quicker and for more $ than expected . Real agents can often be all talk but Ben was all action . Great job Ben . Thank you

Ben not only sold my property which was subject to the purchasers selling theirs - but achieved their sale within agreed timeframe allowing simultaneous settlements. An amazing feat in this Covid market! Thanks Ben for fantastic result.
