Before hiring Stuart to sell our house we met with three other agents. We choose Stuart because he was well spoken, offered sound advice, didn't tell you what you wanted to hear just to get a listing and had credability from past local sales at terrific prices. We made the right choice and would recommend him. There were times where I think his many listings may have swamped him down and we had to discover when our open house was on from realestate.com rather than him, but this is my only criticism of his service. I found Stuart and his team to be genuine to talk to and gave detailed information after viewings. So helpful rang me back at 8pm after receiving my voice msg at 7.45pm.. I dont know any Agent that works that late arranged to meet me at the property with a contract.. Taya sold the property to me after being on the website 20 minutes was extremely professional and I exchanged within 14 days couldn't have done this without her absolute professionalism...
