We recently sold our investment unit in Park Azzurra with Remaxx and couldn't be happier with the whole process. We achieved a great outcome very much due to the time and effort that Darren put into our transaction. Since we reside in Victoria we weren't familiar with the agents in the area and were recommended Darren from one of our friends and he didn't disappoint. We decided to spruce our unit up before sale (carpets, painting, and minor repairs). Unfortunately we didn't have many connections in the local area, however Darren stepped in by organizing quotes with local suppliers (and recommendations). He made the process so seamless and was very efficient with the logistics of the whole situation. Once the trades had finished he quickly put his marketing hat on and had us a deal within a couple of weeks - which was great for us as we were going for a relatively quick sale. From start to finish Darren maintained good communication and managed the expectations of both parties in the transaction. A true professional. Thanks again for all your help Darren - I have no hesitation in recommending his service.
