I have dealt with a lot of real estate agents in my life but Greg Parker would be the best we have ever dealt with. He always puts his clients first. So if you need a real good agent Greg is the man you won't be sorry.

I've had some pretty ordinary experiences with Real Estate Agents so don't usually write reviews but Daryn Trowbridge has been the exception. Great knowledge of our area, very professional and couldn't have been more helpful. He's one of the good guys!

I have used Taya for both selling of a property and when purchasing an investment property and have found Taya to be extremely professional and knowledgeable in her work, I'd have no hesitation in recommending her as an agent

Great agent! Super personal, accessible and helpful.. worked to get the best result for us. Up front with the info, no salesman 'fluff' and retained lots of contact and transparency along the way. Did a great job. Thanks Daryn!

I have bought & sold many times over the past 30 years. Greg's service, integrity and professionalism is above and beyond and because of that I highly recommend him to both buyers and sellers.

We received an excellent service from Greg Parker, who was always very pleasant in his demeanour, displayed a depth of knowledge about the market and most importantly was always mindful of our needs and desires in relation to the transactions. He was always in close contact with us during the process and kept us updated. Not pushy at all and presented his views clearly and left the decision to us, after providing us with relevant information. We recommend him highly.

Greg I chose you above more than 2 other Agents, I thoroughly checked out all the Agent profiles. You lived up to your reputation. You are polite, professional & took a load off my mind at a very stressful time - I felt I could trust you, so I would highly recommend you. Thank you Greg, Diane Capewell

Whilst looking for a family home in the Varsity Lakes / Robina area we came across many agents of various standards. From our first communication with both Darren’s we felt comfortable and listened to. They showed us a number of properties and always worked hard to fit in with our schedules. We always felt well informed and could see they were showing properties that met our criteria. When we found the property the whole family loved Darren did an excellent job of representing both our interests and those of the vendor. Without being in anyway pushy he was able to negotiate an agreement both parties were happy with. He then continued to be a great help throughout the settlement process. I would strongly recommend Darren and Daryn as agents who listen, are honest and really want to help you find the perfect home.
