This is my second time dealing with Taya since I've been on The Gold Coast the past 6 years. I was so impressed with her personal touch and expansive knowledge of the market when I purchased this property in 2019. I did not hesitate to contact Taya again to sell for me in March . Once again she went above and beyond to look after me and achieve an excellent result. I can't recommend her highly enough. Not only is she a wonderful Estate Agent she is also friendly and personable and explains any questions you have during the process. Thank you again Taya As I always say You're Simply The Best

I cannot express how much satisfaction my wife and I received with the sale of our property. This is the second time we have worked with Taya. Her knowledge and skills she brings with her are second to none. We received the price we wanted and the sale was flawless from Taya’s end. We would absolutely, definitely, positively recommend Taya for anyone looking to sell.

Taya was fantastic to deal with from start to finish, helping with preparation of house for sale, contacts for staging and styling and always available to help out where she can. Amazing experience as a seller, we achieved our price goal, highly recommend to anyone buying or listing.

We recently purchased a home from Taya and were extremely impressed with the process from start to finish. She was always available to assist us with pre-settlement inspections and answer any questions that arose. Taya is a genuine agent who knows the areas she sells in very well. We would work with Taya again in a heartbeat.

Taya was efficient in her communication both throughout the negotiation and settlement period. She answered all questions and was quick to address anything that arose. As an interstate buyer, she explained the buying/legal process for QLD well and was honest throughout the whole process. Thanks again for helping me secure the property!

Taya made the whole process of buying really easy. She was prompt to find the answers to our questions and communicated in a personable, yet professional way throughout. Her knowledge of the local area is exhaustive and she was able to support us with an understanding of the area. I would highly recommend talking with Taya if you are interested in buying in the Merrimac area. She knows her stuff and gets stuff done!

We could not recommend Taya enough! There is nothing she would not do to help or support you on either side of the selling and buying process. We initially bought, and have now sold with her and she is the best of the best! On top of all the legalities and paperwork, fair to both sides, works day and night... she is an absolute star and there is no one I would trust more in such a stressful and exciting time! Thank you Taya, for everything!!!
