Stuart is an incredible agent. Not only does he have an extensive knowledge of the market, but he is professional, supportive, and most importantly trustworthy. Stuart approaches his work with a passion and commitment that is often lacking in other agents. He is available to help you with all your concerns, which makes the buying or selling process a breeze. I can't recommend Stuart enough!

I would recommend Greg Parker from RE/MAX Regency, he has been so responsive and gone over and above to help us in anyway to seal our first home for us.Being first home buyers we didn't really know the full process of buying a house and Greg was there to help us every step of they way. He provided a professional and prompt service and when it comes time for us to sell we will definitely be calling Greg to sell our house for us.
Greg Parker
I found Greg to be very polite and he considered my convenience with all things. I would recommend him to any prospective buyers or sellers looking for the best agent to represent them.

Always answered his phone, if not he would get back to you quickly. Friendly service.

Attempted to sell my property about 1 year ago through Greg who was very optimistic about selling the property at the time. Unfortunately things did not turn out positively then, so I decided to withdraw from the market. I recently heard from Greg about renewed buying interest in townhouses in my complex. We struck an agreement for me to re-list the property with him. He definitely under promised and over delivered this time with a better than expected sale price. Well done Greg, definitely came good for me.

Stuart Legg was recommended to us to sell our home as he was an "Area Specialist" and we were not disappointed. From the outset, his knowledge was evident and his advice and communication very professional. We would certainly recommend Stuart Legg to anyone looking to purchase or sell in the Mudgeeraba area.

Taya is a great agent. She is always professional, very friendly and has a positive attitude. She sold my place in a week for a good price. I can recommend her without hesitation.
Taya Rich
From the moment we met Taya she showed a clear understanding of our requirements regarding the sale of our home. She related very well to prospective purchasers and displayed an in depth knowledge of the property and provided us with very good feed back. When ever we needed to contact her she was readily available. We would highly recommend Taya as your sales professional.

There are many skills required when considering a choice of agent, however, it was Greg's energy and positivity that made him stand apart from others. When Greg suggested that he would have an offer for my townhouse within a week, I was happy that he thought the sale of my home would not be difficult. In the end, it was his keen negotiating skills that brought the project to settlement. Greg is honest and straight forward and works hard to deliver what he promises.

Chris is a genuinely nice guy. Friendly and easy to deal with.
