Stuart is very different from most agents because he is a genuine decent guy, he is the type of guy you definitely want to sell your home. Stuart is an outstanding agent for many reasons but most of all because he is honest, down to earth, hard working and has a no nonsense approach to getting the job done. Stuart not only sold our home in record time but he achieved the figure we were dreaming of which was beyond what we thought we could achieve. We have had dealings with other agents in the region but feel they all pale in comparison. My wife and myself we started up with unit-hunt almost a year ago as we came to the final agreement that the time has arrived when we have to move ahead with downsizing. We had decided to sell & move as close as we could to our children's school & to find a house that was bigger than our first one to accommodate our fast-growing family. To our amazement, we very quickly found the "right" house in the right place & that the vendors had on the market for a realistic & "affordable" (to us) price. Problem was, we had to sell our existing home first - and - as soon as was possible. This worried us that we might fall-sort time-wise & miss-out on the house we wanted.
