After initially marketing my property myself! Mel popped up out of the blue and introduced herself and immediately her down to earth, straight forward approach and professional attitude set me at ease. From there everything was taken care of, and soon after a contract was on the table, unfortunately the first buyer opted out on a Friday but Mel swung into action with more open homes and a new contract was signed the following Wednesday for a quick settlement.
